Ingredients

The crust

  • 22 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

The ganache

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

The filling

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • cups creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Make the crust by pulsing the Oreos into fine crumbs, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Prepare the ganache by heating the cream and pouring it over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth and let it cool.
  4. Make the filling by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Layer half of the crushed Reese’s Pieces on the cooled crust, spread the peanut butter filling over it, and top with ganache. Sprinkle the remaining Reese’s Pieces on top.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight before serving.
