Paleo Chocolate Pie

Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat and remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with honey for 1 minute using a hand blender.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites with a hand blender until stiff peaks form.
- Stir the egg yolk mixture into the warm chocolate until combined; the mixture should be thickened and shiny.
- Stir in the salt.
- Fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture carefully.
- Transfer the mixture into a cooked and cooled pie crust.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
