Paleo Chocolate Pecan Pie

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt for the crust.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil.
- 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms, then press it into the pie dish.
- 5. Bake the crust for 8 minutes and let it cool.
- 6. For the filling, heat the coconut sugar, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a saucepan until boiling, then simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- 7. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature, then stir in the vanilla and salt, followed by the eggs.
- 8. Chop 2 cups of pecans and mix them into the filling along with ¾ cup of chocolate chips.
- 9. Pour the filling into the crust and top with the remaining pecans and chocolate chips.
- 10. Bake for 40 minutes, then let it cool before serving.
