Ingredients

The filling

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whole pecans

The crust

  • 1 Gluten Free Pie Crust or Low Carb Almond Flour Pie Crust baked per pie recipe instructions

Instructions

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine eggs, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil.
  2. 2. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips by hand.
  3. 3. Transfer the filling into the pre-baked crust.
  4. 4. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes, or until set.
  5. 5. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
