Instructions
- Unroll the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and roast the pecans for 5 minutes until fragrant, then chop them coarsely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter, and sea salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and semisweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 55 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow the pie to cool completely on a rack before slicing and serving.
