Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to your recipe through step 5.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and roll out the chilled pie dough to a 12-inch circle.
- Place the dough into a 9-inch pie dish and tuck in the edges.
- Spread the pecans evenly inside the pie crust and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- Pour the filling over the pecans and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is lightly browned, covering with a pie crust shield if necessary.
- Let the pie cool completely, then sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
