Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust and chill it for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and roll out the chilled pie crust into a 12-inch circle.
- Place the dough into a 9-inch pie dish and tuck it in smoothly.
- Chop the pecans and spread them evenly inside the pie crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the pecans in the pie crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, covering the edges with a pie crust shield if they brown too quickly.
- Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
