Simple Pecan Pie

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine flour, salt, and sugar, then pulse.
- Add cubed butter and process until crumbly, then add remaining flour and pulse until fine crumbles.
- Transfer dough to a bowl, sprinkle with ice water, and mix until it holds together. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit the pie dish, then transfer it to the greased dish.
- Add pecans to the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and bourbon until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the pecans in the pie crust.
- Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool for several hours before slicing.
