  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, ricotta or burrata
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves, chiffonade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the baguette slices and sprinkle with salt, then bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  3. In a bowl, combine strawberries, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
  4. Spread goat cheese, ricotta, or burrata on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with the strawberry mixture, add black pepper, and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
