Tomato and Basil Bruschetta

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Pour olive oil into a baking pan and tilt to cover the bottom.
- 3. Add tomatoes to the pan and mix to coat with oil, then sprinkle with black pepper and add garlic.
- 4. Spray olive oil on top and mix well.
- 5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until some tomatoes burst.
- 6. Slice the baguette into approximately 24 slices and toast lightly.
- 7. Remove the tomato mixture from the oven and transfer to a bowl, adding scallions, basil, and salt.
- 8. Mash the tomatoes and mix well, then spread the mixture on top of the toasted bread.
