Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dice the tomatoes and mix them with salt, onion, basil, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside to marinate.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into ½-inch pieces and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Arrange the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 6 to 9 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drain excess juice from the tomato mixture and add remaining olive oil, adjusting salt to taste.
- Top each toast with the tomato mixture, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
