Healthy Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

The tropical sauce

Instructions
- Clean and dry the shrimp.
- Prepare three bowls: one with coconut flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; another with eggs and honey; and the last with shredded coconut.
- Dredge each shrimp in the coconut flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with shredded coconut.
- Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While the shrimp are cooking, mix the tropical sauce ingredients together and adjust to taste.
- Serve the shrimp with the tropical sauce.
