Chicken and Rice Casserole

Instructions
- Make the sauce by combining chicken broth and ½ cup of milk in a saucepan and bringing it to a low boil.
- Whisk flour and seasonings into the remaining milk until smooth, then add this mixture to the saucepan and stir until thickened.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and butter a 9-inch square baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix uncooked rice, the sauce from step 1, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, and water, then pour into the prepared dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 30-45 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, shred the chicken, and mix with the rice before serving.
