Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Sear the chicken thighs in a dutch oven until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and sauté the diced onion, carrots, and mushrooms until softened.
- Stir in the rice and chicken broth, then return the chicken to the pot.
- Add the peas and Worcestershire sauce, mixing everything together.
- Cover and bake in the oven until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
