Healthy Blueberry Peach Crumble

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a pie pan or 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, peaches, cornstarch, and coconut sugar, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- 3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, cooked quinoa, oats, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- 4. Add coconut oil to the crumble mixture and mix until moist and crumbly.
- 5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture.
- 6. Bake for 45 minutes and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
