Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to your recipe through step 5.
- Mix the blueberries, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Roll out the chilled pie dough and place it into a 9-inch pie dish, then fill it with the blueberry mixture.
- Mix the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl, cut in the cold butter, then stir in the oats and sprinkle over the pie.
- Bake the pie for 25 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
- Cool the pie for 3 hours at room temperature before serving.
