Mixed Berry Overnight French Toast Bake

Instructions
- 1. Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and arrange the bread cubes at the bottom.
- 2. Scatter the mixed berries over the bread cubes.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries.
- 5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- 8. Serve warm.
