Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and slice the bread into 1-inch cubes, then toast them for about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Transfer the toasted bread cubes to a casserole dish, sprinkle blueberries over the top, and pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
