Instructions
- 1. Mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and fill it with bread cubes.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight.
- 4. Remove the frozen berries from the freezer 30 minutes before baking to let them defrost and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 5. Bake the dish in the oven, covered, for 30 minutes.
- 6. Mix brown sugar and cold butter in a bowl until it forms a fine crumble.
- 7. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the berries and brown sugar crumble over the bread and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes.
