Instructions
- Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes and arrange in a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring each piece is coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and remove the casserole from the fridge.
- Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
- While baking, prepare the cream cheese drizzle by mixing cream cheese, maple syrup, and milk until desired consistency.
- Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven, top with fresh berries, and drizzle with the cream cheese mixture.
