Ricotta Berry French Toast Casserole

Casserole Filling

whole milk ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.
- Split the dough in half and freeze one half for later use.
- Roll out the remaining dough and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk the eggs with ricotta cheese and honey, then combine with the dough pieces and berries.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
