Summer Berry Salad

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the strawberries and blueberries, then place them in a large bowl with the diced summer fruit and toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, lime juice, optional lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine, then sprinkle the mint on top and toss again.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, best enjoyed right away or the next day.
