Ingredients

The fruit

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 ounces fresh bing cherries, pitted
  • 8 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 8 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 8 ounces fresh raspberries

The dressing

  • ΒΌ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and chopped mint in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the lemon mixture over the berries and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
