Instructions
- Make the Chipotle Crema by mixing sour cream, chipotles in adobo sauce, lime juice, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Prepare the batter station with one bowl for the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper) and another for the egg and beer mixture.
- Coat the fish strips in the dry mixture, then dip in the beer mixture, and return to the dry mixture to ensure a crispy coating.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F, spray the basket with cooking spray, and place the coated fish in a single layer. Spray the fish with cooking spray and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Assemble the tacos by adding coleslaw, beer battered fish, and chipotle crema to each tortilla. Garnish with optional toppings.
