Ten Minute Couscous Soup

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable broth, crushed red pepper flakes, and olive oil in a large pot until boiling.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the couscous.
- After two minutes, add the broccoli and cauliflower.
- Wait another two minutes for the vegetables to soften slightly.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and top with sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, and goat cheese.
