Instructions
- Toast the couscous in a dry skillet until fragrant and place it in a serving dish.
- Heat the broth in a small pot and add water, olive oil, salt, and pepper, along with any additional seasonings (except fresh herbs). Bring to a boil.
- Pour the boiling broth over the couscous, stir, and cover tightly with a lid or foil for 7 minutes.
- Remove the lid and fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Taste and adjust the salt if needed. Garnish before serving.
