Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the turkey and stuffing first.
- Mix the stuffing with warm water and let it absorb.
- Prepare the herb butter and apply it to the turkey.
- Place the stuffing in a casserole dish and top with the turkey.
- Roast the turkey and stuffing for about 1.5 hours until the turkey reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the candied sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts while the turkey roasts.
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes, then mix with melted butter and spices.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by cutting and seasoning them with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan for about 40 minutes.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes while the other dishes are cooking.
- Dice and boil the russet potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, and seasonings.
- Make the green bean casserole by boiling the green beans and preparing the sauce with mushrooms and garlic.
- Combine the green beans with the sauce and keep warm until serving.
- Prepare the mushroom herb gravy just before serving by sautéing mushrooms and garlic, then adding broth and seasonings.
- Serve all dishes together once everything is ready.
