Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a skillet with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced strawberries, arrowroot powder, vanilla, lemon juice, and coconut sugar until the strawberries are coated.
- While the strawberries sit, prepare the crumble topping by mixing the oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla to the crumble mixture, and mix until it sticks together when pinched.
- Pour the strawberries into the skillet and sprinkle the crumble topping over them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
