Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease eight 4-inch ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, honey, and orange juice, then sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat the fruit.
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to the prepared ramekins.
- In a medium bowl, mix the nut topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over the fruit.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the topping is golden and the berries are soft and bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with a tablespoon of ice cream or whipped cream.
