Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rinse and drain the berries, removing any stems, and slice strawberries if using.
- In a baking dish, mix the berries with honey, starch, zest, and juice.
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond meal, nuts (if using), sugar, and salt, then mix in butter and yogurt until moistened.
- Dollop the oat mixture over the berry filling and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
