Healthy, Oven-Baked Mixed Berry Crisp

The crisp topping

cassava flour (or almond flour)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the berry filling ingredients and place them in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In the same mixing bowl, combine the crisp topping ingredients except for the chopped nuts, mixing until crumbly.
- Stir in the chopped nuts and sprinkle the mixture over the berries.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the berries are heated through but not mushy.
- Remove from the oven and serve, optionally with dairy-free ice cream.
