Ingredients

The filling

  • 5 cups frozen mixed berries or blueberries

The crumble

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia or ground flax seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

For serving

  • to taste vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the frozen berries in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  4. Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
