Triple Berry Crisp

Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick spray or a liner.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- If using frozen berries, rinse them to remove ice crystals, then mix with lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Transfer the berry mixture to the slow cooker and top with the oat mixture.
- Spray the top lightly with nonstick spray.
- Cover with a towel and then the lid to absorb moisture and help crisp the top.
- Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours or low for 2 to 3 hours until bubbly and browned.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
