Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond meal, sliced almonds, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt until evenly mixed.
- In a 9x9-inch baking dish, gently toss the blueberries with lemon juice, lemon zest, and cornstarch until coated.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the topping is golden and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
