Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons white whole wheat flour
  • pinch salt

Crumble

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup white whole wheat flour
  • cup light brown sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare a 9-inch x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all filling ingredients together and transfer to the baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all crumble ingredients, mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands until crumbly.
  4. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the berry filling.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
