Ingredients

The filling

  • cups sliced strawberries
  • cups blueberries
  • cups raspberries
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup sugar or agave

The topping

  • 1 cup Quaker quick oats
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar or agave, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat.
  3. Place the fruit mixture in an ungreased pie dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the fruit.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
