Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers, carrots, and celery and place them in a bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Toss the salad again before serving and top with sesame seeds if desired.
