Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chopped onions until translucent.
- Add sliced beef sausage and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in ground beef, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes; cook until beef is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, basil, rosemary, remaining thyme, and remaining black pepper; stir and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl.
- Combine the meat sauce with the rigatoni and fold together, then transfer to a casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella and 4-cheese pizzeria cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 375°F, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
