Baked Rigatoni Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- 4. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- 5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 6. Add marinara and tomato sauces, bring to a simmer, and let thicken for 5 minutes.
- 7. Toss the cooked rigatoni with the sauce.
- 8. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 9. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- 10. Sprinkle with parsley, let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
