Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and milk.
- Add cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and stir to combine.
- Gradually mix in the flour, one cup at a time, without overmixing.
- Fold in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into an 8x8 inch pan prepared with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top before baking.
- Bake for 35-37 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
