The smoothie

  • cups Silk unsweetened cashew milk
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup cooked white beans
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 8 pieces Medjool dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups ice

Optional toppings

  • to taste Dairy free whipped cream
  • to taste Crushed pretzel pieces
  • to taste Caramel Sauce
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  3. Top with optional toppings as desired.
