Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped frozen apples
  • cup unsweetened soy milk
  • cup apple cider or unclarified apple juice
  • cup unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 pieces soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste optional flaky salt to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
