Instructions
- Core and chop the apple into 1-inch chunks, leaving the peel on.
- Add the chopped apple and the remaining ingredients to a blender in the specified order.
- Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend again for a thicker consistency.
- Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.
- Serve immediately, optionally sprinkling with additional cinnamon.
