Instructions
- Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores, leaving the skins on if using a high-powered blender.
- Add the coconut milk to the blender first, followed by the apples, banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger, and ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth, noting that small bits of apple peel may remain.
- Divide the smoothie into four glasses and serve.
