Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen applesauce
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Freeze two 4-oz. applesauce cups for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Run the frozen applesauce cups under hot water for a few seconds to remove from the plastic.
  3. Place the applesauce into a high-speed blender.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and cover.
  5. Blend on high for around a minute or until smooth.
