Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 2 teaspoons raw cashew butter
  • 2 teaspoons coconut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup diced frozen pear
  • 2 teaspoons cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Blend the non-dairy milk, pitted date, cashew butter, and coconut butter until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and frozen pear to the blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Add cacao nibs and blend briefly to create small chocolate chips in the smoothie.
  4. Pour into a glass, garnish with extra cacao nibs and sea salt if desired, and enjoy.
