The icing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Pit the cherries and prepare the cake pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in the cake pan.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a measuring cup and pour into the dry mixture.
- Stir until smooth, then add vinegar and mix quickly.
- Gently fold in the cherries.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before icing.
