Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the garlic, cooking until tender.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cover, and cook until a few tomatoes start to crack.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt it with the tomatoes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet along with the ricotta, stirring everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil, and serve.
