The pasta

The sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and broccoli.
  4. 4. In a pan, combine the tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, and steamed broccoli.
  5. 5. Top with parmesan cheese before serving.
