Instructions
- Make the sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with ghee.
- Prepare the cauliflower rice and chop the bell peppers.
- Place cauliflower rice and bell peppers in the baking dish and mix.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix to incorporate.
- Nestle the sausage links into the dish with the veggies.
- Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.
- Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
